Hello there, and thank you for your reply. I have already tried the above commands multiple times, even with the --purge flag to wipe clean the configs. I also tried to regenerate my machine-id and then re-install livepatch which didn't work either. I run all commands with sudo (Technically speaking, as I log in with root using "sudo su -l root" for making system changes)
