Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a disk drive that has Windows with BitLocker enabled.
2. Have another disk drive with LUKS encrypted volumes to be used for the
Ubuntu 24.04 installation.
3. Launch Ubuntu 24.04 installer and proceed to the "Disk Setup" section.
4. Select one of the 3 available options:
Option: Install Ubuntu alongside Windows Boot Manager
Result: "Turn off BitLocker to continue" message appears.
Option: Erase disk and install Ubuntu
Result: "Turn off BitLocker to continue" message appears.
Option: Manual installation
Result: It is not possible to create encrypted volumes or use existing LUKS
encrypted volumes.
