That looks like bug 2054401 but I'm not sure how that happened because
Ubuntu 24.04 does not contain the 545 driver anymore:

Also the 'oibaf' PPA is mentioned here, which is not part of Ubuntu and
not supported. It's highly likely to cause graphics bugs that we can't
fix.
Please reinstall Ubuntu from scratch and be sure not to install any
drivers from websites or from PPAs. You can install the official
supported Nvidia driver by using the 'Additional Drivers' app.
