This is still "Incomplete" because we don't know if GNOME was being used
with Xorg or Wayland (or Xwayland). That's relevant because in Xorg or
Xwayland there is a chance that Mutter was rendering the border. Only
then would it be GNOME's fault.

In future please report new bugs using 'ubuntu-bug' to speed up the
diagnosis process. But if you're happy with Plasma then let us know and
we can close this.
