I experienced these graphical glitches on my Dell E7270 (with HD
Graphics 520) and "intel_iommu=igfx_off" appears to have cured them.
But noting that I only ever saw the glitches very occasionally (maybe
once every few hours) and couldn't reliably reproduce. In any case, I've
used the system for a few hours after rebooting with
"intel_iommu=igfx_off" and have not observed any glitches.
