I installed the 3.5.2-3 ksmbd-tools from Oracular and while it installs,
it shows the same issue as Bernard saw - it expects the ksmbd.conf in
/usr/local/etc/ksmbd, instead of /etc/ksmbd.

Also, it doesn't install the sample conf file, and since the name and
some of the options have changed since Jammy, this may lead to even more
confusion. Strangely, the installed manpage refers to /etc/ksmbd too.
