No, wifi also does not work after a cold boot. It only stopped working after I updated the packages, then suspended the laptop and resumed (probably the point in time where it loaded the new packages).
I attached a dmesg boot log (which I assumed you requested based off my initial post) after a cold boot. The ath12k log is from 4.121974 to 4.134841. Currently running Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS with kernel 6.10.9-061009-generic. ** Attachment added: "A dmesg boot log after a cold boot" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/2080428/+attachment/5816103/+files/dmesg-boot-log-12-09-2024-09%3A01%3A00.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2080428 Title: Updating firmware disabled QCOM WiFi WCN7850 on T14 Gen5 AMD To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/2080428/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
