Thanks for your last comment and for your contribution to ubuntu. I
believe that it's now up to ubuntu developpers to find why the latest
driver doesn't work. Please feel free to add any specific information
that can help finding where is the problem if you get some. I'm sorry
that I can't work more on that bug since I don't have one of these
wireless cards anymore.

Concerning the 800x600 bug, it's always important to separate each bugs
in order to do a great work for each. I suggest that you look at bug
#38442. It's already a known bug with high priority.

  i just try to connect and it doesnt seem to want to connect to the
  router. Ive tried it with wep and no wep and it seems as though it
  doesnt matter it just doesnt initialize. It could be the driver i guess
  but this is the furthest ive been able to go with this card in any
  version of ubuntu so the fact that there is a driver for it now i am
  happy.
