I've just tried the Nvidia-560 driver for the first time and am seeing
very poor performance in Wayland sessions.

In 'NVIDIA Settings' it looks like the reason might be a lack of power
profiles ("Performance Levels"). Those are only reported correctly if I
log into Xorg. And indeed performance in Xorg sessions is much higher,
more like what I would expect.
