I can confirm that accerciser from noble-proposed has fixed the bug for
me.
Test done:
install accerciser and confirm that it still fails to run.
Added noble-proposed to apt sources.
install accerciser from noble-proposed.
Run accerciser and confirm that the accersier window is displayed.
Package tested:
$ apt-cache policy accerciser
accerciser:
Installed: 3.42.0-1ubuntu0.1
Candidate: 3.42.0-1ubuntu0.1
Version table:
*** 3.42.0-1ubuntu0.1 100
100 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-proposed/universe amd64
