Well,
the error indicated that it would be kylin.
And the installation media in the log says:
  InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS "Noble Numbat" - Release amd64 (20240424)

Just to be sure, could you report here what the output of these to is:

$ uname -a
$ cat /etc/os-release
$ cat /etc/lsb-release

We've seen cases where people modify that file to pretend to be Kylin
e.g. for wechat in bug 2067580, is that your situation?
