Yes I have wondered that, in the end livepatch got enabled so at some point in time the system configuration was ok
uname and os-release are correct - see how lsb-release differs from those. the immediate solution (which would hopefully make this error go away) is to set the values in lsb-release back to the Ubuntu defaults. Could you please try editing the file and setting: DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=24.04 DISTRIB_CODENAME=noble DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS" And check if that is sufficient.
