Description: Ubuntu 24.10

Issue:
- when we drag app window on left or right side to use display 2 windows in
screen, it show app switcher menu (also trigger by Super+Tab) on empty side to
select 2nd app. but when close lid of laptop (which trigger suspend mode)
before selecting app for empty side. then when open lid which display app
switcher menu on lock screen which means unauthorized_user can see list app
authorize_user is using before closing the lid on lock screen
- issue disappear after turning off disabling ubuntu-tilling-assistant
extension as it stop providing app switcher menu on empty side
- issue also occur on Ubuntu 24.04
Expected:
- app switcher menu should not appear on lock screen in any condition
