Public bug reported:

1. Ubuntu 24.04.1 - new install
2. Package Unable to provide, query results are:
  $ apt-cache policy pkgname
  N: Unable to locate package pkgname
3. I expect a new (blank) text page when opening Text Editor
4. I get the last opened text document when I open Text Editor (even after
reboot)

Issue: After saving then closing Text Editor; it opens with the last
text document saved instead of a new, blank page. This occurred after
rebooting also.

Work around at this time:
* open a 2nd (blank) document.
* close first (with text, saved) document.
* close 2nd (blank) document.
All are now closed
Open text editor and I get the proper blank page new document.

This did NOT happen on any of my previous Ubuntu installs on different
machines & VMs at another (my home) location. This is a new (checksum
was ok) install on a different laptop.

Thanks for what y'all do continually, APPRECIATED!
David Stewart
