Thank you for the work there, some questions and comments * The upstream merge request refers to https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1500 which indicates that some network manager fixes might also be needed for the feature to work correctly (at least on some hardware). Did you check that it is working as intended on Noble for you without those network manager changes?
* The patch is adding some new translatable strings. I've checked the current launchpad translations and only ab/be/he/ka/ru/uk are currently translating the 'GHz' string. I think the impact is limited of having the new string showing as untranslated for those locales and less confusing that showing the wrong information and probably ok to push forward (especially that we can update the translations in the next langpack refresh) but that should still be mentioned in the other information of the SRU description ** Bug watch added: gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues #1500 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1500 ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu Noble) Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu Noble) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2084405 Title: Not show 6GHz info at the "Supported Frequencies" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-control-center/+bug/2084405/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
