Thank you for the work there, some questions and comments

* The upstream merge request refers to
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1500
which indicates that some network manager fixes might also be needed for
the feature to work correctly (at least on some hardware). Did you check
that it is working as intended on Noble for you without those network
manager changes?

* The patch is adding some new translatable strings. I've checked the
current launchpad translations and only ab/be/he/ka/ru/uk are currently
translating the 'GHz' string. I think the impact is limited of having
the new string showing as untranslated for those locales and less
confusing that showing the wrong information and probably ok to push
forward (especially that we can update the translations in the next
langpack refresh) but that should still be mentioned in the other
information of the SRU description
