Validate your ISO & write of ISO to media; issue isn't a bug, but user-
procedure issue.  That release isn't supported however.

Title:
  It said something about cleaning the disc when installing or putting
  in a cooler environment. I'm trying to install the 32bit version of
  Lubuntu 22.04 on an old Toshiba for my friend.
