Public bug reported:
I have a dual display setup and I tried changing the scaling. The laptop
monitor has a resolution of 3200x2000 and my second screen has only
1920x1080. By default both screens were scaled to 200%. It cannot be
changed individually, only on both screens as it seems. When changing
the scaling to 100% the display settings window freezes and creates
graphical irregularites. The rest of the software works as expected.
