Can you please run `apport-collect 2086506` to attach logs etc., so we
have a better idea of what happened? Can you also share the contents of
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/ after the upgrade?
I do not completely follow what you are describing. Are you saying that
unused/disabled sources were removed? Or that some *enabled* source you
expected to be migrated to deb822 was not actually migrated?
