Sorry for the delay in responding; we have no easy mechanism for tracking this sort of follow up.
It's still not clear to me what we should do from here. The current state is that the autopkgtests fail; that needs to be resolved before we can release this to -updates. The possible resolutions are: * A new upload with the problem fixed (best resolution ☺) * The autopkgtest failure is *not* a regression - it's detecting a real problem, but that problem exists in the current package and so isn't a *new* problem. In this case we can mark the test as bad for this version, and the SRU can be released. * The autopkgtest failure *is* a regression, but we should release anyway. This would require a very strong argument; known regressions are normally unacceptable in an SRU. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2038648 Title: package sosreport 4.4-1ubuntu0.18.04.1 failed to install/upgrade: installed sosreport package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sosreport/+bug/2038648/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
