Thanks for clarifying, and looking into this!

I can see that pattern of fail/pass in autopkgtests for ppc64el (only).

Since this is test infrastructure related, and other architectures are
still run thus can provide some level of confidence about SRU changes,
it should be OK to add a temporary badtest for this sosreport version.

I'll also add badtests for the versions used in the SRU for bug 2085607.

This should be a reasonable compromise between allowing the current SRUs
to go through without transient failures in ppc64el (for this and other
packages), and also allowing for time to update the test to account for
this test infra behavior -- hopefully addressed the next round of SRUs,
when the current badtests would no longer apply.

If this needs an extension for the next version, we can update badtests.
