I believe this can be a sync, because the ubuntu delta was about
cflags/ldflags and how the package was ignoring these flags when set by
the build system
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/authbind/+bug/2071841). The
new debian upload modernizes d/rules, using debhelper, so I think it
should all just work now, but I'll do a ppa test first.
