Found this issue on PostgreSQL 12.20 (Ubuntu 12.20-0ubuntu0.20.04.1), which should be upgraded to 12.21 on Focal Fossa. Other PostgreSQL version on newer Ubuntu LTS versions are affected as well. The upgrade should fix CVE-2024-10976, CVE-2024-10977, CVE-2024-10978 and CVE-2024-10979. Note that there is an end-of-life notifications from the PostgreSQL maintainers, and 12.21 will be the last update for PostgreSQL-12.
