Public bug reported:
I want to rebuild the Lazarus IDE with a slightly different set of
packages however when I try I get a build error saying:
laz.virtualtrees.pas(71,34) Error: Can't find unit laz.VirtualTrees used
by WatchesDlg
The funny thing is that this package is correctly installed and working in the
default build.
