Oracular has one regression, and multiple tests in a running state which
I suspect is an incorrect state, given that this package was uploaded
weeks ago.

I've seen this a lot in my shift, particularly with oracular
autopkgtests so far. I'll retrigger the "fake" running tests, and looks
like the failed one was also due to infrastructure problems.

$ ./retry-autopkgtest-regressions -s oracular --state RUNNING --blocks
