Hi Luca, Mainline 6.13 was released on the 19th, which means the mainline merge window opened on the 20th.
I had a look, but it seems the btrfs maintainer hasn't sent his merge request to Linus Torvalds yet. Merge window is open for two weeks, so I expect this will happen in this window. Once it hits mainline, I will send for SRU. For now, you can use that test kernel, or keep using 6.8.0-49-generic or turn off panic_on_warn. I'll keep an eye out for the patch.
