Pedro - thanks for the reply, but it's not a difficulty but an issue
with the way Ubuntu handles processes - if Microsoft can do it better,
then Ubuntu will be shooting itself in the foot which would be a real
shame after so much work has gone into it: I have tried to move over to
Ubuntu but find that there are still obstacles if one is a serious user
(as opposed to soemone who enjoys messing around with computers and
getting round 'difficulties'). There are many areas of Ubuntu where M/S
just has a better 'feel' about their software and things are better
thought through - compare Apple's user friendliness with M/S's - to get
an idea of the difference I'm writing about. Cheers, Julian
