around OCI builds on Launchpad were reported recently.
Since there were no changes made to Launchpad or the OCI build recipe,
further investigation revealed that the Docker version was updated to
26.x on Focal, which is unexpectedly causing OCI builds on Launchpad to
fail.
We suspect something around the docker.save() API changed between these
2 versions.
