Public bug reported:
When installing .dep or snap version of steam if homefolder is not in
/home/<user> model installation fails. The command "sudo snap set system
homedirs=<path>" do not help. It seems that installation parameters are
hard coded to /home/<user> model. The steam client lauches fine with
local account that is in /home/<user> setup.
