Trying dry run shows the packages are still there, even though the
package publishing history[1][2] acks the removals 3h ago:
$ remove-package -n -s plucky-proposed -e 6.6.0+dfsg-12ubuntu3 -a armhf -b -m
"Not buildable on armhf anymore (LP: #2103731)" emboss emboss-lib
