Public bug reported:
ruby-rack 3 was removed from plucky in LP: #2105498
Therefore, ruby-sinatra in plucky-proposed is unable to build.
I don't know if we want to actually remove it from plucky-proposed
though since leaving it there will allow an easier fix once ruby-rack 3
is available in the 25.10 development series.
