Created the imjournal config, and restarted rsyslog. Confirming the bug in
dmesg logs:

After updating rsyslog to the version in proposed:
$ apt-cache policy rsyslog

Candidate: 8.2406.0-1ubuntu2.1

*** 8.2406.0-1ubuntu2.1 100
100 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu oracular-proposed/main amd64

100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
8.2406.0-1ubuntu2 500
500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu oracular/main amd64 Packages
And restarting rsyslog, no new apparmor DENIED messages show up in the
dmesg logs.
Oracular verification succeeded.
