In Ubuntu 20.04, with the new update 135.0.7049.52 from snap it's now
impossible to download any file from web. It's like it's working, but nothing
happens. No file is downloaded. No entry in the downloaded file section.
I tested it on two different machines, with several files on the web and on
my personal company server.
The same chromium version is working well on ubuntu 24.04.
Edit : Further investigations show that the bug only appears when the
setting "always ask where save files" is activated. With the default
setting where file is downloaded automatically on the download directory
without asking for location, it's working.

3) What you expected to happen
When clicking some link towards a downloadable file AND proceding with
the window to choose a file location, I expect the file to be downloaded
or saved.

4) What happened instead
Nothing happened. The functionality fails silently.
The file is not saved in the required location. No error message. And not
even an entry in the download menu.
