This makes sense, and thanks for re-running the autopkgtests, I was
going to ask for that.

But I'm concerned with the age of this package. As you said, it's been
in proposed for close to a thousand days. That means it was last built
over 2 years and a half ago, with whatever was in focal-proposed at that
time. Which is not what is in focal-proposed today.

I think we should rebuild this package, and then rerun the tests, and
then we can release it to updates if all goes well. I don't know of a
way to do this other than a no-change rebuild upload. Opinions?
