Hardy Alpha 3 install worked this time. Though I ran (to save time) ubiquity --debug
I cannot send you any logfiles, because I couldn't copy them to any other partition on my computer (priveledges (why oh why????) and I could not get any Internet connection going (same thing: needed a password as live session user). After I rebooted, I still could not get any Internet connection going. The network-manager hung at "changing interface configuration" several times, until I gave up. Just to make sure that this install was not just a lucky thing, I"ll try to install it again tomorrow. -- [hardy] alpha 2 install fails https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/151996 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
