Thank you for the bug report! I can confirm 24.04 does not yet have this
fix. I created a PPA with the patch here -
https://launchpad.net/~lvoytek/+archive/ubuntu/frr-fix-evpn-nexthop
To test it, you can run the following commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lvoytek/frr-fix-evpn-nexthop
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
All other Ubuntu releases either already have the fix from upstream or
do not have the regression, so only 24.04 needs to be updated.
