Public bug reported:

This causes a significant regression in sound quality.
FPM_DEFAULT uses 32 precision. On all 32 bit architectures special assembler
instructions are used to archive 64 bit precision.

The issue is caused by missing arm64 detection code.

The same issue has been fixed for vcpkg:
https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/pull/33490

All Ubuntu Versions are affected.
