Thank you for reporting the bug. Since you say they worked recently, can you try downgrading bluez from 5.72-0ubuntu5.1 to 5.72-0ubuntu5?
apt install bluez=5.72-0ubuntu5 Reboot and check if they show up. I ask because there were some changes[1] to BlueZ in Noble that may affect device loading. If that doesn't help, please revert to back with `apt get upgrade` and follow the upstream troubleshooting steps[2]. Specifically attaching the pipewire-bluez.log file.
