So this is 'Intel Corporation Wireless 8265 / 8275', unless you're *not* using the built-in BT adapter. It's an old NIC whose firmware hasn't changed since 2021 so it can't be a firmware issue.
1) Can you install linux-firmware 2.11 [1] and verify that *doesn't* fix the issue? 2) Are you running different kernels in the working and non-working state?
