Ran the testplan on

- amd64: No difference between the installed package and the one in proposed 
except `CPU(s) scaling MHz:` which is to be expected since it is a live value.
  Was tested on noble, oracular and plucky

- arm64 with a CPU != (Cortex-X925 || Cortex-A725): No difference
between installed package and the one in proposed except the CPU
scaling. Tested on noble, oracular and plucky

- arm64 with an affected CPU: Difference. CPUs are now grouped correctly
and do have a model name as well. Tested on noble.
