The testcases 'debugging-sos-lldb-via-core' and 'debugging-via-dotnet-
dump' of the dotnet6 package fail, causing the entire autopkgtest to

Reason for the failure is that the testcases try to install the latest
cersion of the dotnet-sos/dotnet-dump tool, which does not support .NET
6.
Possible solutions are:
- requesting to install an old end-of-life version of the tools that does
support .NET 6
- disabling the testcases for .NET 6
