I think it's safe to tweak the test to install version '9.0.607501' of
both tools (the second-to-last available version currently), which is
compatible with .NET 6.
IIRC, that can be done with `dotnet install -g dotnet-{sos,dump}
--version 9.0.607501`.
We could also disable these two tests, but I believe tweaking is
preferable so as not to lose that coverage on future test runs.
