Tested Plucky version in Proposed. Updated the package list and
downloaded it fine. I enabled the screen reader and launched tecla from
a command line. The window did appear and the screen reader said
"Keyboard layout, spanish Frame". I pressed the 'm' key and the screen
reader said: "Key description: level one, character m; level two,
character m; level three, character mu; level four, character
masculine", as expected. Tested other keys and it worked fine too.
