@Marcos: oh, I thought you reacted here because you had the same issue.
I'm in the same situation: I no longer have access to such network. I
only noticed this bug report a few weeks ago, a few months after I had
to connect to Eduroam.

I guess it can be reproduced by manually adding a fake AP that should
create a file with the same content, but I cannot confirm that for the
moment.
