Public bug reported:

grub-common was merged into grub2-common and no longer required.

grub2-common now has a Provides: grub-common, so the new grub2-common
can satisfy reverse-dependencies on grub-common.

These reverse deps cannot easily be all updated to directly refer to
grub2-common because we would like grub-efi-{amd64,arm64}-{bin,unsigned}
to remain binary copyable to older series.

** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
