The only affected Ubuntu specific packages are (according to the NBS tracker):
- grub-efi-{amd64,arm64}-{bin,unsigned}: these will stay depending on
grub-common as explained above
- snapd: will let the snapd team know to migrate the dependency in their next
upload
- grub2-themes-ubuntu-mate, plymouth-theme-kubuntu-logo (kubuntu-settings:src),
ubiquity: i will upload these now
