Can you try the hwe 6.14 kernel and let us know if the problem still
occurs?
$ sudo apt install linux-image-generic-hwe-24.04
$ sudo reboot
Post the kernel log please:
$ sudo dmesg
** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
