And I agree that I don't remember to have it seen in the latest Ubuntu
releases, especially not while doing questing installations (that we
recently did as part of snapshot4 testing).
However, I recently had to do a SRU verification and needed to install a
24.04.3 system and bumped into this again - this time:
su{k=cS2!ip|4c>0k¨c:"
(this temp pw again contains the character "¨" and I even took a screenshot of
the console).
So it still seem to affect noble (but noble only?)
But I don't consider that as critical - even have marked the bug from
the very beginning as Medium...
