Hello,
I have finished porting rustc 1.83 to Noble (see LP #2120318). The security
team is unclear whether this is actually needed to get Rusty versions of QEMU
running on Noble, or if it's just a nice-to-have (so I have to submit my
patches as an SRU). Do you have any insight here?
