Craig, I'm assuming the logs you provided were after you booted from
battery, since you had access to WiFi?
Does the WiFi come back once you connect to AC power?
Could you collect system logs for a buggy boot?
@juergh: I'm thinking this doesn't have anything to do with networkd-
dispatcher, since the desktop networking stack uses NetworkManager and
not networkd, and the exception in the logs is about the loopback
interface...
