After a few more days of testing, there are no more random crashes (the
last crash when copying files from an NTFS drive appeared completely
unrelated to the bug reported and seems to be a known bug of the ntfs-3g
driver).

As for the reported bug, I confirm can - it was caused by the
overclocked values of my RAM (4 x 8Gb Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz CL16
DDR4). Reducing the clock speed to 2666MHz solved the issue completely.
Now my system is finally stable!
